Arjun Mohan is the Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since March 17, 2025. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Electrical and Electronic Engineering) from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut. He has also completed a Post Graduate Programme in Management from IIM Kozhikode. He has over 15 years of experience in the field of business management and marketing. Prior to joining our Company, he was associated with Mentor Graphics Sales & Services Private Limited, TITAN Industries Limited and BYJU’s - Think and Learn Private Limited. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of upGrad Education Private Limited and Aakash Educational Services Limited, a subsidiary of BYJU’s - Think and Learn Private Limited.
