Aman Preet Kaur is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. She has been associated with our Company since June 28, 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a LL.B. degree from the Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. Further, she is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She has 8 years of experience in secretarial compliance. She was previously associated with Oswal Minerals Limited and Zinka Logistics Solutions Private Limited. She is responsible for overseeing legal, regulatory, and secretarial functions of our Company.
